Privacy, AI, and service limits

Planned live privacy
Before a public launch, ComeUnity 1st will publish a complete privacy notice explaining what is collected, why it is needed, who may see it, how long it is kept, how it is protected, and how a customer can request a copy, correction, or deletion where allowed.
AI use
AI will be limited to organizing information, finding missing items, and preparing drafts. It will not invent answers, sign for a customer, submit a state application, make a final compliance decision, or send private information without an approved process. The customer and a ComeUnity 1st reviewer must approve final application content.
Consulting limits
ComeUnity 1st is not a state agency. Consulting does not promise a license, enrollment, funding, insurance coverage, or approval. Legal, accounting, and insurance questions should be reviewed by properly licensed professionals.
Accessibility
The planned live service will support keyboard use, readable text, clear labels, and help for customers who need another format. Formal contact and request details will be added before launch.
